The seller is responsible for transfers. The Registration Certificate must be mailed back to PMJS for the Transfer to be completed. A copy will be mailed to the Seller and a new Certificate to the Buyer. If the Registration Certificate is lost or damaged the Replacement Certificate must also be purchased.
